Faulty or Damaged Item
We take extra care to pack our items well. However, we have very limited control once items reach the custom transition stages. In the event that any item was faulty or damaged, please email us with details on the item's conditions (within 10 days after you have received the items, thereafter, we reserve the right not to accept any exchange or refund). We will access the request and process it accordingly for a refund or store credit based on your preference. Postage cost refund will be on a case-by-case basis.
Note: For boxed set items, please approach the manufacturer directly if there are any issues regarding the problem. As all boxed set items (e.g Re-ment, Orcara, T For Candy, Kabaya, Megahouse, Reac Miniature Designer Chairs, etc) are always in mint and new condition, which has never been open at the time of delivery to you.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item due to our error for a full refund. Refund will be done immediately once we have received and processed the item. In this case, we will also refund the return postage.
