We are always looking for ways to assist our valueable customers to minimise their cost. The 2gether Discount is one of the discount we have come out with.
Purchase 2 related items at one time to enjoy this discount. In short, purchase 2 instead of 1 similar items to enjoy more savings.
Customer Loyalty Program discount and gift coupons are applicable for use here. Hence, if you are currently enjoying both these two mentioned discounts, and chose to purchase the items under the 2gether discount, you get to enjoy more discounts. All discounted amount will be auto calculated during check-out. Pre-Orders items bought under this program will be send together with the rest of the items in one shipment.

Although we update our website very frequently, there could be occasion where purchases are made before our updates on the product availability. For Boxed Set Out Of Stock items, please contact us for such orders as there are times we are restocking the items you want, but have yet to officially list them. All items sold in our website are original, brand new and in mint condition. For boxed set items, they are new, unopen and seal in original manufacturer packaging. |

We do not impose sales taxes here. However, please check your country tax duties and regulations. |

| 12. Can I cancel my orders? |
Yes, you may cancel your orders within 24hrs after you have do a check-out. If you have already made payment via Paypal, we will refund you the full amount. However, cancellation is not allowed after orders have been mail out. Please refer to the refund/exchange for more details. |

| 13. When wrong items are ordered? |
If you have made a mistake in your order(s), please contact us (indicating your order number and item(s) you want to remove) within 24hrs after the checkout is done, and indicate your order number. |

| 14. Processing of Pre-Order Items |
All pre-order items have a time frame for official release which is set by the manufacturer. We will state this time frame in all our pre-order listings (e.g Deliver by end December). Hence, please take note of the release date before you order. If you wish to cancel your pre-order items (applicable only if the items have not been send out), please contact us.
If you have ordered other existing item(s) together with the pre-order items, we will send out the existing item(s) first, so as to shorten your waiting time. The pre-order item(s) will be sent out immediately once they are officially available. Shipping cost will not be any higher though we are sending in batches, because shipping discount is already calculated during your checkout.
However, when pre-order items are purchase during our sales period, under other discount program (e.g 2together Discount) or release within the same month of your existing orders, we will combine all orders and send in one or at most two shipments.

| 15. Can I check my orders status? |
If you have create an account with us during check-out, you may login anytime to check your order status. Creating an account with us is simple and hassle free, no activation email is require to activate your account. However, if you do not wish to create an account, we will still email you to update every stage of your orders, and you will still enjoy the Customer Loyalty Program.
Here are the status of your orders if you are logging in to check:
Pending - meaning your order is not complete, mostly due to payment issue. You may contact us for assistance. All orders in Pending status with no payment check-out will be auto remove, and items will not be reserve, after 7 days when orders is made. For items with limited stocks, reservation will be from 1-3 days, thereafter Pending orders will be auto remove.
Processing - meaning your order is currently being process and we will update your account and also email you on the order or delivery details soon. If it is a pre-order item you will also see this status.
Delivered - meaning your item has been delivered and the delivery details will be updated in your account. We will also follow up with an email with these details. If there are 2 or more check-out completed within 24 hours or before the 1st order is posted, all orders will be combined into one shipment. Hence, to save on shipping cost, please combine all orders in one check-out if possible. |

| 16. What are your shipping rates, returns and refunds like? |
We like simplicity here, so you do not need to do a test checkout to find out the shipping cost. All items are indicated with a shipping calculator and individual weight which determine their shipping cost. Shipping discount is available for 2nd items onwards. You may view our shipping and returns page for all the information. |

| 17. Do you have layaway program here? |
Here is how our layaway program works:
1) a 10% deposit from total amount (price of item + shipping) is require to activate the layaway program, thereafter we will email you an acknowledgement agreement and item(s) will be reserve for you
2) subsequent payment can be made in a weekly or monthly basis according to your budget. We will email you on the balance update after each payment cycle is complete
3) time frame for complete payment is up to 6 months
4) if the price of item is revise down after you have begin the layaway program, you will be charge with the new amount (e.g inital price: $10, revised price after layaway program starts: $5, your total price will be $5)
5) if you wish to cancel the order, we will refund you the full payment you have made, less a cancellation fee of $5 if it's done within the first 3 months of the program and $10 if cancellation occurs during the last 3 months.
6) item(s) will be shipped out immediately once all payment is complete
7) there will be a processing fee of 6% of the total amount
8) as the layaway program has a special payment method, hence please contact us before you do a checkout, if you wish to be part of this program |

| 18. Some of the items come in a set. Are they complete? |
Boxed sets have been pre-pack by the manufacturer, so for those boxed set, some of them are complete set (what you see in the picture is what you get), while some of them are randomly pack by manufacturer (which we will indicate in our listing). All boxed set items are mint and unopen seal in their original manufacturer package. As for those items that we group as a set on our own, you will get a complete set as what is shown in the picture and descripition. |

New products are updated every month, and at times several times a month. For boxed set items, at times we will update with old series which have been discontinued. Yes, we are able to do customisation for miniatures. If you would like us to do a customisation of miniatures, please contact us with all the details. Thereafter, we will make a sample set (a small fee will be require) for you to review before we mass produce (minimum quantity require). The customised items (e.g design) will be exclusively yours.
