Shipping and handling rates (Air Mail) can be calculate using the Shipping Calculator on each product listing page. All rates are divided into four zones: Singapore, Malaysia, Asia, International. If you have bought two or more items, you may also use the Shipping Calculator to get the total shipping rates in the Shopping Cart section.

As we aim for a transparency and efficient shipping rates quote, hence our Shipping Calculator will provide the exact shipping rates of the country where you prefer items to be ship, when you click on "View Cart" or during check-out (e.g Shipping address is to Malaysia, so at view cart/check-out the exact shipping rate to Malaysia only will be shown, regardless of how many items). No "surprise" of higher shipping charges or additional weight during check-out. Please contact us for surface or express mail rates.


Majority of the items send are registered air mail (require signature when received). Tracking number and URLs will be email to you after items are sent. If there is no customs delay, items will reach within estimated 8-14 days (weekends and public holidays excluded). Shipping is done everyday (weekends included), except for pre-order items. For public holidays when the post office is closed, there will be a maximum of one or two day(s) (depending on public holiday duration) delay for shipping. 


Note: For items posted during weekends, Singapore Post will only process it on Monday. Hence the actual delivery processing time at the post office side (Singapore Post and your country's post office), is calculated from Monday onwards.

If you wish to convert the default shipping currency to your country currency, in the Shipping Calculator (e.g USD -> SGD), please make the selection at the Currencies option first (at the right column of all pages).

We currently use Singapore Post Office to mail our items. If you have friends/relatives base in Singapore, we can also arrange to send to their Singapore address or arrange for meet-up (at our convenience). We also ship to PO Box address.

For Singapore buyers, please contact us for preferred meet up locations, if you wish to do a personal collection.

All Items sent are mark as "Gift" with no declare value/amount indicated in the parcel, except for big parcel (EMS etc) where a declaration value is require. For such instance, please contact us if you need to note any information in the declaration form. Please check for any VAT, customs taxes or duties fees in your country.

Note: If you prefer to send without original manufacturer box(es) to save on shipping, please contact us for the adjusted rates. Item(s) will still be new, unopen and seal in original manufacturer plastic cover(s).

If you wish to enquire about your package status or orders, please always contact us first. We will reply within or less than 24hrs, and work with you to identify any concerns in your favour.

Note 1: For packages with tracking numbers, we will also provide to you via email either one of the above 2 links together with your country post office tracking information after items are delivered.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We will take back any products which you are not completely satisfied within the 30 days from the date purchase. All returned products must be in original condition with original packaging, in re-sellable condition, and must be send by registered mail (with tracking number provided). We will promptly refund your purchase price, or offer store credit (your preference). No questions asked. *Shipping is not refundable. Customer pays all return shipping.*

Once returned items are received, refund (via Paypal or for other preferred methods, please advise us) or store credit will be made immediately. However, we apologise that outbound shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return policy is not applicable for the following types of orders -  wholesale, bulk, customised, special orders, and similar, due to the nature of arrangement. 

Other cases where refund will be given (within 10 days after you have received the items):
Faulty or Damage Item
We take extra care to pack our items well. However, we have very limited control once items reach the custom transition stages. In the event that any item was faulty or damaged,  please email us with details on the items conditions (within 10 days after you have received the items, thereafter, we reserve the right not to accept any exchange or refund). We will access the request and process accordlingly for a refund or store credit based on your preference. Postage cost refund will be on a case by case basis.

Note: For boxed set items, please approach the manufacturer directly if there are any issues regarding the problem. As all boxed set items (e.g Re-ment, Orcara, T For Candy, Kabaya, Megahouse, Reac Miniature Designer Chairs etc) are always in mint and new condition, which has never been open at the time of delivery to you.

Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item due to our error for a full refund. Refund will be done immediately once we have received and processed the item. In this case we will also refund the return postage.
